Thank you for shopping with Island Crafters! We want to make sure your order reaches you safely and conveniently. Please read our delivery options below.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order is placed, we will reach out to you via WhatsApp to arrange your delivery details.

We deliver directly to your home or business address. We will confirm your delivery date with you via WhatsApp. Note deliveries are carried out on weekends.

We offer pickup at select convenient locations (such as local malls) at a reduced delivery fee. A time for pick up will be confirmed with you via WhatsApp when your order is placed. Note deliveries are carried out on weekends.

Prefer to collect your order yourself? You’re welcome to pick up directly from our Cunupia location at no charge. A pickup time will be confirmed with you via WhatsApp after your order is placed.

We offer delivery via TTPost for customers who prefer this option. Please note that TTPost orders must be paid for via bank transfer only. Once payment is received, please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and drop off your order to TTPost. Delivery times thereafter are subject to TTPost’s standard schedule and are outside of our control.

Payment must be confirmed before your order is processed and dispatched. For TTPost deliveries, bank transfer is the only accepted payment method. For all other delivery options, please check our accepted payment methods at checkout.

• Once your order is placed, we will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm all delivery arrangements.

• Standard deliveries are carried out on weekends. We will notify you if alternative delivery dates become available.

• Island Crafters is not responsible for delays caused by TTPost once an order has been handed over to them.
