We make every effort to accurately display our products, including colours and descriptions. However, slight variations may occur due to screen display differences. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

All prices are listed in Trinidad & Tobago Dollars (TTD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received within a reasonable time, or if we are unable to fulfil the order for any reason. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup arrangements are confirmed via WhatsApp after your order is placed. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Island Crafters is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services such as TTPost. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy. Please review this policy before placing your order. We do not accept returns on items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including our logo, images, text, and brand assets — belongs to Island Crafters and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Island Crafters shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
